It is recommended that you read these Terms of Service before continuing to browse this web site. It is also recommended that you read these before you submit an article etc. You should check these "Terms of Service" every now and again as they may be periodically updated.

Further more, neither THE AUTHOR nor THE SITE have any control or exercise any authority over sites and/or content on THE SITE that are/is not directly controlled by THE AUTHOR (herein "THIRD PARTY SITES") but to which links exist between THE SITE and these THIRD PARTY SITES, no matter how this link has been made (by a text link, graphic, animated graphic, inserted into THE SITES pages via content automation (ie. using JavaScript, ASP, Databases etc.)). Submissions

Further more THE AUTHOR retains the right to delete/move any INFORMATION for any reason without notifying the person or persons who sent the INFORMATION and without any form of consent from that person or persons.

Where copyright is already in place on INFORMATION that INFORMATION will remain the copyright of the person or persons who sent the information. If no copyright is in place on INFORMATION at the time the INFORMATION was sent the INFORMATION will be deemed the property of THE AUTHOR who then retains the right to copyright that material with full legal rights over that material and its distribution and/or dissemination through any medium THE AUTHOR so chooses.

THE AUTHOR is not required to give notification that INFORMATION is or is not to be used on THE SITE but may choose do so at THE AUTHORS discretion, using any and all contact details that THE AUTHOR received through the submission of the INFORMATION and subsequent submissions no matter the nature of the submission. Where this type of action would be illegal under the data protection act due to the nature of the submission or situation this action will not be taken.

OK, strictly speaking this is more book reviews, but they're random so you never know what you're going to get. Had the idea that it might add a bit more fun to things, of course you may not agree in which case move on down...

Notice and procedure for expected copyright infringement

Procedure for reporting expected copyright infringement

If it is proven copyright infringement has taken place the copyright material will be removed within a reasonable amount of time. A reasonable amount of time can be considered as soon as it is possible for THE AUTHOR to carry out such action.
